Wer sollte den ersten Schritt machen? Mann oder Frau?

Heute schreibe ich über eine Frage, die mir in den letzten Tagen und Wochen immer wieder von verschiedenen Menschen gestellt wurde.

Wer sollte den ersten Schritt machen? Bzw. macht es Sinn als Mädel oder Frau einem Jungen oder Mann hinterher zu laufen?

Nehmen wir einmal an du hast dich unsterblich in einen Typen verliebt. Er beeindruckt dich, bringt dich zum Lachen und macht dir Komplimente. Natürlich wird dies als Mädel nicht spurlos an dir vorüber gehen und deine Fantasie anregen. Mädels können sich schnell verlieben – manchmal zu schnell.

Was wir auch können ist Pläne schmieden. Wir haben eine genaue Vorstellung wie unser Leben im Idealfall ablaufen sollte. Ausbildung, Beruf, Partnerschaft und Familie sind genau getimt. Natürlich gehört da auch der richtige Partner dazu.
Diese Einstellung bringt uns weiter im Leben und lässt uns an uns arbeiten. Was wir dabei allerdings vergessen ist, dass Männer eigentlich die Jäger sind. Und wir eher die Sammlerinnen, wie es manche Steinzeittheorien besagen.

Als mein Mann und ich bei einem Vortrag genau über dieses Thema sprachen, kam nachher ein Mädchen ganz aufgebracht zu uns. Sie meinte das sei doch eine veraltete Einstellung. Immerhin sind wir Frauen ja nun auch emanzipiert und können uns den Mann doch nun auch aussuchen.

Es muss ja nicht mehr nur der Mann auf die Frau zugehen.

Ich glaube, wie etwas beginnt ist oft ziemlich entscheidend. So kann ein Trauma bei der Geburt über Jahre und Jahrzehnte für die betroffene Person schwer zu verarbeiten sein. Oder ist der erste Eindruck über einen Menschen einmal dahin, so ist es schwer diesen wieder gut zu machen.

Der Anfang einer Geschichte beeinflusst auch den weiteren Verlauf und so beeinflusst das Kennenlernen deines Partners den weiteren Verlauf eurer Beziehung.

Als Daniel und ich uns kennenlernten, war er ganz klar derjenige, der sich um mich bemüht hat und der gekämpft hat. Wie ich in einem anderen Blog geschrieben habe, war ich ziemlich verunsichert ob er wirklich zu mir passen würde. Er war aber überzeugt. Er hatte mich im Blick und er kämpfte für mich. Dies verlangte von ihm sehr viel Geduld, Kreativität und Überzeugungskünste. Er lies sich unglaubliche Dinge einfallen. Da er in einer anderen Stadt wohnte schickte er Bekannte vorbei um mir Blumen zu bringen, lud mich zu einem Ball ein und überlegte sich die besondersten Unternehmungen, um mit mir Zeit zu verbringen. Er war entschlossen mich kennenzulernen und für mich zu kämpfen.

Auf der anderen Seite kenne ich viele Beispiele von Freundinnen, in denen es anders war. Beispiele, in denen die Frau eher die war, die um das Herz des Mannes gekämpft hat. In denen sich die Frau überlegt hat, wie sie ihn rum kriegen kann und er sich nach langem Hin und Her fast schon hat über reden lassen mit ihr zusammen zu kommen. Auch ich hatte über Jahre meine Hoffnung immer wieder auf Männer gesetzt von denen ich mir mehr erhoffte, dann aber recht wenig zurück kam. Am Ende blieb ich zurück mit einem zerbrochenen Herzen und ein Stück weniger Hoffnung, dass es jemals jemanden geben würde, der mich wirklich attraktiv fand und um mich kämpfen würde.

Versteht mich nicht falsch, ich finde es ist wichtig, dass die Frau dem Mann ihre Offenheit zeigt. Was ich allerdings immer wieder beobachtet habe ist, dass ein Mann, der am Anfang keinen Kämpfergeist für seine Frau entwickelt hat, diesen später höchstwahrscheinlich auch nicht entwickeln wird.

Leidenschaft, Kämpfergeist und Einsatz für jemanden später zu entwickeln ist viel viel schwerer, als das was schon einmal da war wieder aufbrennen zu lassen. Dann wenn die ersten Gefühle vorbei sind. Wenn es härter wird.

Unterbewusst merkt eine Frau, ob sie aus freiem Willen geliebt wird, oder ob der Mann nicht “all in” ist. Dann bekommt sie Angst er könnte doch noch eine Bessere finden oder sein Interesse an ihr verlieren, wenn sie nicht mehr so schön, jung oder attraktiv ist. Das kann sie zu einer Kratzbürste, zu einem Kontrollfreak oder zu einer unterwürfigen Magd machen, die alles tut, damit er ja nicht davon rennt.

Die Bibel spricht davon, dass eine schöne junge Frau wie ein verschlossener Garten ist. (HLD 4,12) Sie hat etwas geheimnisvolles, etwas unendlich wertvolles und schützenswertes in sich, das nicht einfach so und vor allem nicht jedem Preis gegeben werden soll. Der, der eintritt, sollte dies mit Respekt, Hochachtung aber doch einem starken Willen tun.

Du hast es verdient, dass jemand wirklich um dein Herz kämpft, sich für dich einsetzt und es erobert. Dass du weisst, dass du begehrenswert und geliebt bist und dass diese Liebe dir aus voller Freiheit geschenkt wird.

 

Hier sind meine konkreten Tipps, falls du dich in der Situation befindest, dass dein Auserwählter nicht so viel kämpft, wie es eigentlich gut wäre:

  1. Wende dich an Gott. Er ist es, der deine tiefsten und stärksten Sehnsüchte kennt und weiss wann, wie und wodurch sie in Erfüllung gehen werden. Er sieht deine Einsamkeit, deine Wünsche und deine Träume und hat sie dir ins Herz gelegt. Er ist der Erste, der all deine Sehnsüchte stillen kann, stillen möchte und stillen wird. Gott verspricht uns, dass er uns alles geben wird, wofür wir bitten (Matthäus 7,7) 
  2. Bevor ich Daniel kennenlernte war mein Gebet immer: Gott zeige dem Mann, der für mich bestimmt ist, dass ich die Richtige für ihn bin und lass ihn kämpfen. Dieses Gebet war so wirksam, weil es auch mich davor frei machte mich zu sehr hinein zu steigern und meiner Fantasie zu viel Spielraum zu geben. Lass Gott Gott sein und übergib ihm die Kontrolle.
  3. Lehn dich zurück, lenk dich ab und warte was passiert. Wenn ein Mann wirklich Interesse an dir hat, wirst du dies klar merken. Zwar ist es gut deine Offenheit ihm gegenüber zu zeigen, allerdings würde ich dir davon abraten zu aktiv oder progressiv vorzugehen. Konzentriere dich lieber darauf deine Talente zu entfalten, dich selbst kennenzulernen und dich für andere einzusetzen.
  4. Vermisst du in deiner Beziehung diesen Kämpfergeist deines Freundes oder Mannes, so ist es gut, wenn ihr gemeinsam der Sache auf den Grund geht, warum dies so ist. Was ihm fehlt oder dir fehlt und was ihr tun könnt, damit dieser wieder kommt. Wahre Liebe ist treu, bedingungslos, uneingeschränkt und fruchtbringend. Sie strahlt, ist leidenschaftlich und anziehend und wenn dies in eurer Beziehung fehlt, könnt ihr immer wieder daran arbeiten, dort wieder zurück zu kommen.
  5. Deswegen liebe Männer, fangt wieder an zu erobern! In euren Händen liegt so viel! Seid mutig und setzt euch ein für eure Auserkorene!
